Fother Muckers has announced «Así se Hace,» their fifth studio album and first full-length release since 2010’s «El Paisaje Salvaje.» After sixteen years without a new record, the band led by Cristóbal Briceño is back at the forefront of Chilean rock with a project that promises to distill everything they’ve learned over more than two decades on the scene.

A comeback built on history

The quintet -made up of Cristóbal Briceño, Martín del Real, Simón Sánchez, Héctor Muñoz and Gonzalo Núñez- is one of Chile’s most beloved bands, known for blending humor, social commentary and a sound all their own within the local rock landscape. The announcement of «Así se Hace» arrives at a moment when several members have remained active in side projects, which makes this reunion feel like the coming-together of a generation that shaped much of the young audience of the early 2000s. «Llévame a mi Casa» leads the way

To mark the comeback, Fother Muckers will perform on October 17 at Teatro Coliseo in Santiago, in a concert conceived as the official live debut of «Así se Hace.» Tickets went on sale that same August 17, so fans hoping to secure a spot should keep an eye on official sales channels.
